Sims Film Festival coming to Its Movie Time

I'm currently working on a new feature for Its Movie Time, named Sims Film Festival.
Its a brand new festival, so, it wont override any other festivals, and it will be held within existing worlds.
Right now, I'm working on the code, but I would like to see some suggestions about the layout of the festival. I planned it on be held in Magnolia Blossom Park to try and keep it within Base-game conditions, but feel free to suggest any other spot. A sketch and the suggested location would be great.
