INDEPENDENT MOVIE

There are local women that I’ve met randomly on the street that I convinced to model for me who become dear, lifelong friends. This is one of them. As the story goes, I famously saw her walking away from an ATM when she was 18 years old. I gave her my card and briefly explained what I do, then I walked away, wishing to not belabor the experience. When I returned to my car I looked back to see her still where I left her, staring at the business card confused.

That was in 2008 and we have shared thousands of memories since then. She is an absolute sweetheart and truly one of the most fun ladies I’ve ever worked with. I now know her husband and his extended family, many of their friends, and have been invited to numerous birthday and holiday parties at their homes. This series was taken during quarantine when they were going stir-crazy, and it was a pleasant break from the madness.
