OUT FOR A STROLL

So much of my brain is occupied by convoluted thoughts, concerns about money and family and future and death. Deep things, complicated things, overwhelming things. Sometimes I just wish I could turn off my brain, live in the here and now; to enjoy the moment.

This series reminds me of where I’d like to be. Just floating in the world, swinging around, mindlessly existing. Kaitlin has been a longtime collaborator and friend that I have far too many photos of in my arsenal. Here is yet another unseen series we took a few years ago. It has no meaning other than just a lovely woman enjoying a sunny morning outside. It’s the kind of life I wish for all of us, a brief moment of relaxation and joy between the normal chaos of living our lives.
