Thanks to all of you, we've now reached nearly 2K total memberships. I’m truly grateful that so many people enjoy my work and thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
For about my future production pace, I’m aiming to release one main video per month, along with 2 to 3 sub-videos (mostly dance videos) exclusively for Tier 3 supporters. If things get too busy outside of this project and I’m unable to complete a main video, I’ll do my best to notify you in advance. Thank you for your continued support!
Next, I’d like to take this opportunity to inform you about some important updates regarding the membership plans and project operations.
1. Suspension of Variation Requests (for now)
As many of you already know, I’ve currently stopped accepting variation requests. This is mainly due to my limited availability. Instead, I’ll continue to create and share a variety of video variations based on my own ideas and the suggestions I’ve received so far. Thank you for your understanding and support!
2. Dance Video Requests Now Open
As a new approach to replace variation requests, I’m now accepting dance video ideas from Tier 3 supporters. For more details, please check the welcome message!
3. Tier Changes and New Plans
Here are the details of the updated plan.
Tier 1 - $3 (Tier 1 LIMITED $1)
Access the latest video from Iwara in full quality (4K, 60fps, no watermark)
Tier 2 - $5
Allow to access Tier 1 content.
Access one variant of the latest video posted on Iwara. (4K 60fps no watermark)
Early access to new content.
Tier 3 - $10 (Tier 3+ - $15, Tier 3++ - $20)
Allow to access Tier 1 and Tier 2 content.
Access all variants of the latest video posted on Iwara. (4K 60fps no watermark)
Access the latest two Patreon-exclusive Updates. (4K 60fps no watermark)
Tier 4 - $25 (NEW)
Allow to access Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 content.
Access one archive of choice (Message me with the archive you want after joining!)
Archive 2024 - $100 (NEW)

As you can see, there are major changes to Tier 3. Previously, all archive content was accessible by subscribing to Tier 3. After this change, only the latest and a few recent videos will be available. Here’s how the new system works:
When a new main video is uploaded to Iwara, the previous one moves to the archive folder.
For sub-videos, any video beyond the latest two will be moved to the archive folder.
These changes will take effect on July 20, 2025.
If you are currently subscribed to Tier 3, please make any necessary actions before that date.
The reason behind these changes is mainly the increase in the amount of content since the project began. At present, both long-time supporters and new members have access to the same reward volume, and I felt that this needed to be rebalanced. I deeply appreciate the continued support from those who’ve been with me all along, and I want to ensure they are properly valued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5. Launching Fantia
While Patreon will remain my main platform, I’m planning to start using Fantia to better reach Japanese supporters. Since it’s operated by a Japanese company, I’ll be uploading slightly adjusted versions of the videos there. The content will mostly match Patreon, but I don’t plan to reupload older videos. As this is my first time using Fantia, uploads may be irregular until I get used to the platform. Once Fantia is running smoothly, I’d also like to explore platforms that better serve Chinese-speaking audiences. If you have any recommendations, feel free to message me!

このプロジェクトを始めてもうすぐ1年半になりますが、ありがたいことに現在の総メンバーシップ数は約2000名に達し、多くの方に私の作品を楽しんでいただけていることを心からうれしく思っています。改めまして誠にありがとうございます！
さて、今後の1ヶ月あたりの制作ペースについてですが、メインとなる作品を月に1本、そしてTier 3の支援者様向けに2～3本のサブ作品（主にダンス動画）を目標に活動していければと考えています。 また、このプロジェクト以外の事情で多忙となり、メイン作品の制作が難しくなる場合には、事前にその旨をお知らせできればと思います。 今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします！
続きまして、運営や各プランに関していくつか重大な変更点がございますので、この場をお借りしてお知らせさせていただきます。
１. 差分リクエストの募集を（一旦）終了します。
こちらはすでに停止させていただいてますが、私の時間的な都合によるところが大きな理由になります。今後の作品では引き続き私から多くの差分を提供するとともに、皆様から頂いた様々なアイデアを詰め込んで動画を制作していきたいと思っておりますのでどうぞよろしくお願いいたします！
2. ダンス動画のリクエストを募集します。
差分リクエストに代わる新たな試みとして、サブ作品にあたるダンス動画のアイデアをTier3支援者様向けに募集します。詳しくはウェルカムメッセージをご確認ください！
3.各プランの内容を変更するともに新たにいくつかのプランを新設いたします。
以下が変更後の新しいプラン内容になります。

2024年に公開された全作品にアクセスできます。
ご覧の通り、Tier 3 には大きな変更があります。 以前はTier 3に加入することですべてのアーカイブコンテンツにアクセス可能でしたが、 今回の変更以降は、最新作および最近の数本のみが視聴可能となります。
新しい仕組みは以下の通りです：
Iwaraに新しいメイン動画が投稿されると、その前作はアーカイブフォルダに移動されます。
サブ動画については、最新2本を除くすべてがアーカイブフォルダに移動されます。
これらの変更は 2025年7月20日から施行予定です。
現在Tier 3にご加入中の方はお手数ですが、期限内に各自で必要な対応をお願いいたします。
今回このような変更を行う理由はいくつかありますが、主な要因の一つは、運用を始めた当初に比べてコンテンツの量が大きく増えたことです。 その結果、初期から応援してくださっている方も、今後加入される方も、同じ量のリワードにアクセスできる状態となっており、このバランスを見直す必要があると感じていました。 現在まで継続的にサポートしてくださっている方々の存在は、私にとって何よりの励みであり、そうした方々をこれからも大切にしていきたいと考え今回の変更に至りました。 ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
5. 新たにFantiaを開設します。
私のメインプラットフォームは今後ともPatreonを使用していく予定ですが、主に日本人の方々に向けてFantiaの運営を予定してます。運営会社が日本の企業のため、動画に必要な処理を加えたものが投稿されていく予定です。投稿内容は基本的にPatreonのコンテンツと同じものを予定していますが、過去作などの投稿は予定しておりません。 初めて触るプラットフォームになりますので投稿頻度は慣れるまで不定期とさせてください。 Fantiaが落ち着いたら、中華圏の方々向けのプラットフォームにも挑戦したいと思っておりますので、何かおすすめがありましたらメッセージにて教えてください！
