2025-04-12 02:36:08 +0000 UTCSo the Mad Dummy you fight, the ghost of it possesses a Mew Mew doll. Alphys is a fan of this Mew Mew Kissy Cutie thing which is an anime in the undertale universe. In the anime Mew Mew has a power and when she kisses someone she can mind control them. She kisses them to control her problems. The person she kisses also won't remember what has happened once she's kissed/commands their mind. So its assumed Mad Mew Mew in actual canon is probably a prop or something owned by Alphys and got possessed by the mad dummy.
