운동

이번 추석에 외출 좀 했다고 몸이 완전히 방전되는 것을 느끼고 다시 한번 운동의 필요성을 느꼈다. 운동을 재미있게 해보고 싶은데... 혼자 하는 운동은 재미가 없어서 못하겠고, 어떤게 좋을까? 진지하게 댄스 개인 레슨을 알아볼까..? 끙... 재미가 없으면 꾸준히 하지 못하는 내가 증말 싫다.

Kettlebell are amazing! Very simple and insanely effective workout routines.

If you have trouble staying motivated to go, maybe some place that charges monthly with a long running contract will help. If you have to pay no matter what, you'll be more inclined to actually go.

If you got time to go each week, then yea go get lessons. Dance and combat sports are good full body exercises. Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Muay Thai etc. If you don't have fixed time to leave the house, then jogging is alright too, rather boring over time tho if you don't change the route.
