Possible access problems (update)

- the error is caused by site itself, which is currently being investigated/resolved.
- it's not a global failure, but I'm not the only one affected.
- to immediately fix access: "cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe back"

Hi. I have been informed that some people are having trouble accessing posts that are shown as "closed", even if you have a paid subscription. It appears that manually updating your subscription status fixes this. If you have an urgent need to access something, I think this is the only way. Otherwise, I suggest waiting a few days, maybe it's some kind of bug on the site that will be fixed.
(As a creator, I have not received any notifications or anything, for me everything is fine and the number of active patrons is the same as usual).

It happened to me a few weeks ago, i just signed out, unsubscribed, signed back in and resubscribed.

2025-09-17 00:31:31 +0000 UTCIt's an mobile app problem. It was happening for a while(years). Idk if exist on web version but in the times it happened to me closing the app it's usually enough. It also happened with other creators. It sucks but I don't think they fix it in the long term. There's also one about delete dm data. Some times the links break but it's more rare. So don't worries too much about it.
