The office she worked in was tasked with processing the Bills for Project Rainbow (the Philadelphia Experiment). She made no claim that any of the story part happened but, the bills for it were real.

He wasn't there but he worked with the engineering who helped with the blue prints. I don't remember what all the story was about. He never said anything about it working or not.
