You can't just eat your customers, but you also can't just let them do whatever they want in your store. You can't just eat your employees but a well fed manager has been proven to improve sales numbers. It's a constant dance that Al manages to gracefully perform daily.
Al takes pride in being a manager, running a tight ship of restocking, cashiering and assisting customers in the retail store Big Bags. His most important duty however is being the "big bag" on the floor. Covering his shirt and pants with the name tags of "former" employees, customers feel a desire to spend more when they see such a powerful presence commanding the store. He's responsible and makes sure to release and reform the workers he hauls around when their shift is over, but every now and then he manages to convince a few to work some "overtime".
Despite his position, Al is still a walking talking sack of calories just waiting to be turned into fat just like the rest of his co-workers. Whether it's an angry customer he couldn't calm down, upper management making a surprise lunch visit, or an employee whos decided to have one last meal before quitting. Usually when Al gets churned, the employee with the most seniority takes over the store while he's gone, (but sometimes that can be a little tricky if everyone is gone!)
