In regards to the Payment Processors issue

This has been a particularly difficult time for THM Studios.

We've spent a lot of time and money the last few months into investing in these projects, to try and grow THM Studios.

We've opened up two new games; The Grand Butt-Sex Hotel, and The Creature of Castorfield, which are both more ambitious than we've ever been before.

We also have a lot of people working for us: (Paid)
-Two Background artists
-One Writer
-Three character artists
-One Animator

and Unpaid:
-A Podcast co-host
-Help with socials
-All the publishing, podcasting, writing, editing, and more that Spooky does

Not to mention commissioning your favourite artists so that we can have projects like the Collectible Cards, which has been doing very well, but is far from breaking even.

For the most part, and with the exception of some lucky months, we run THM Studios at a loss, where we hope that it is an investment in our growth.

And over the past week, since the initial delistings, we've watched our Steam and Itch sales drop to almost nothing, a total loss of about 40% of our income.

We are going to be doing our best to keep THM operating as normal, as we are hoping that things might return to normal, with some of the protest that people across twitter have been organising.

But we are going to need your help, your patience. THM Exists specifically because of the support of our patrons, which allows us to invest the money in the artists' work that you love, to create the characters, and stories and games that excite you. We're not asking for any immediate action, or anything extraordinary from you, but if you could, consider sticking around another month or so than you normally would. Maybe sharing around a few of the posts that we make on twitter (We post a lot of memes to help grow the account, but also game update announcements getting shared helps a tonne), and any vocal support or morale encouragement would be great too.

We've never missed an update since committing to regular updates across multiple games. We're currently at weekly updates for four games, which requires a tonne of hours across multiple people, and we've never missed, never had a sick day, never shown up late. We value your trust in us and our projects that we push hard to make sure that we can do our best for you, and we need your help to continue to be able to do that.
