ADHD update (June polls, stickers, commission pricing, oh my)

Hey folks, sorry again for falling behind on posting - things got extremely chaotic for me mid-April, and I'm finally getting a good flow going again. I got a massive amount of help with catching up on my taxes and started trying to rework my commission structure to prevent falling behind again, but then my computer exploded and I had to rebuild all of my OBS and Clip Studio settings from scratch, so I'm still working on commissions offline for the foreseeable future to keep my stress level lower (more about streams below). But in better news, I got started on 30mg extended release Adderall about a week ago, and I think it's finally hitting the level I need to help my attention span in a meaningful way! Been working hard with a therapist on my procrastination habits and establishing better work routines over the last few months while I slowly got my dosage ramped up, and I'm finally starting to have a lot more productivity to show for it, so I figured I'd take a second to let people know what my plans are for Patreon, and my art in general.

June-July Patreon Plans

• I'm gonna have another go at monthly poll expansion art in June - just a single TV cel color tier piece with a single character so I don't overload myself again. I haven't forgotten about Mineru and Krystal pt.2 tying the last poll i did a long time ago, and I've worked those into my June schedule as part of my commission routine. I figure I'll do a mix of established media characters who I have ideas for, along with my own OCs who I've wanted to do more with, and in future months I'll try to expand on that - gonna try to keep it tightly focused and achievable in June, and if it goes well I'll do more in the future. My eventual goal after I nail this a few months in a row is to do one poll for fetish-themed fanart screenshot comm a month, as well as one poll for a screenshot piece with an OC of mine each month. As always, any tier can vote, and in the future I may start making a perk of higher tiers the ability to lock in characters and/or kink themes as poll options. Feel free to comment below with suggestions for characters & themes I could put in an upcoming poll if there's some new / obscure furry waifu / husbando / enby heartthrob out there you'd like to see in my usual fetish fare (weight gain, breast expansion, etc)!

• In June 2025, I'm going to make at least 1 new sticker design that I can sell on my Etsy, and I'm going to try my damnedest to get envelopes sent out to everybody who's been on a sticker mailing tier in the past with this new sticker and a few others. I know historically I've been awful about getting these sent out so I guess I can't guarantee it, but I'm going to try very, very hard to get envelopes put together and sent out this June, so if you've been on my $10 or higher tiers in the past (or currently) and want to get one of these envelopes, check and make sure your address is up to date! (I can still only afford to do US domestic snail mail btw, sorry!) If you qualify but specifically DON'T want to get mail from me, you can DM me and I'll keep you off my mailing list. If for some reason I'm not able to get my act together enough to send the mail out, I'll share another coupon code for free domestic US shipping on Etsy for patrons.

• In July 2025, I'd also like to do a patron-voted Pinup from established media in addition to a fetish-themed screenshot piece. I'll let patrons vote on a more vanilla piece of fanart from me, just to see a character rendered in my style. I just really love doing pinups, and I want to add more prints to my Etsy shop, but I had a lot of competing feelings about doing fetishy pieces for my patrons, and also something I could offer to the general public. I want to try to get into at least one furry convention artist alley in 2026, and I need merch to sell if I do, so I figure this is a good way to figure what characters ppl most want to see in my style. If I'm humming along I may do a poll in July too, but I'm trying to slowly work myself back up, so I'll stagger it month by month. I'm also hoping to broaden my horizons here to include human characters in my fanart pinups once I feel more confident in my studies! Feel free to comment below with your fanart pinup model suggestions!

• Also by July at the latest, I'll plan to start streaming periodically again, specifically to work on Patreon rewards - expansion screenshots and pinups from polls, specifically. I'd love to reach a level where I can work on some personal art frequently on streams too, I love streaming but it's been hard to balance the amount of streaming I had to do for commissions with my mental health, so if I stream regularly again it's gonna be for lower-stakes stuff like my own gamedev projects or personal art.

Commission Pricing & Discount Adjustments

I've also been putting a lot of thought into my commission pricing structure to make my workload more realistic so I can fulfill all the art commitments I want to be doing, while also keeping my art affordable for as many people as possible, so I've added a few cheaper options to my commission tiers, while also raising the prices on my highest tiers and tweaking some discounts.

• I added a Warmup Sketchpage commission tier, where you can have me use a character of your choosing for my morning half-hour anatomy studies for 2-3 pages of raw scanned sketches for $25! You can get up to 4 slots at once (though I might like to have more than one character to work off of for multiple days)

• I split up my cel color tiers officially back into TV Cels and OVA Cels.

  • TV cel is for faster-produced Saturday morning cartoon-level stuff like Goof Troop and Darkwing Duck and such, with no shading just a few small lighting effects, and either out-of-focus low-detail background paintings I can reuse or abstract paintings like Spongebob gag closeups. These are now cheaper than my old cel color tier, starting at $150 for a zoomed-in thigh-up view, and are done in a 4:3 aspect ratio like older TVs.

  • OVA cel is for higher-budget shows like Cybersix, animated films like Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust or Atlantis: The Lost Empire or Slayers The Motion Picture, or OVA anime releases like FLCL or Record of Lodoss War or Giant Robo: The Day the Earth Stood Still. These are what I've wound up doing most of the time despite my efforts to quit going so hard on backgrounds and shading, and it was bogging down my schedule cause I'd go over my time estimates all the time, so I'm formally separating them now. I'll do proper cel shading on every OVA tier piece, and custom painted backgrounds like what you usually see from me, and I'll be more strict about only doing complex backgrounds on this tier, not on the TV tier. These start at $300 for thigh-up, and are done on a 16:9 aspect ratio.

• My Movie tier is more expensive now, since I like to really luxuriate on the shading and lighting and background detail - this is where I go my hardest on the overall vibe. Starts at $450 zoomed-in thigh-up and on a 21:9 cinematic aspect ratio.

• I reduced the amount that some discounts take off (OC and Theme down to 5%), but now allow all of my discounts to be combined! So if you're a $10+ patron who wants to comm me for a piece with one of my OCs, within the month's theme, and for 5 weeks out on my schedule, you can get a pretty steep total discount! I've kept the Patreon discount at 10%, but it applies last, to the final total. They apply sequentially, so Sequence > OC > Theme > Schedule > Patreon.

• Also, I'm going to start pinging my Patreon discord whenever I add a new week to my commission schedule so patrons have first pick of the steepest discounts. Currently all 5 weeks of June are available, with a scaling discount based on how far out the date is you pick on the form - 1st week of June has a few openings left but no discount. 2nd week of June gets 2% off

YCH's

Lastly, I plan to start offering YCH's (Your Character Here) again here and there - I just miss them, and I feel like some of my old regulars liked having an existing vision to imagine their characters in. Currently I only plan to do single slot, flat priced pieces where I'll specify a completion date (probably a month out, to continue giving myself plenty of time to catch up on my backlog). I'll offer YCH's first to patrons for about a 48 hour period, and then to the general public if they don't get picked up by patrons. I don't plan on offering any discounts on YCH's and sticking to the flat price, but $10+ tier patrons will get first dibs.

• If I get multiple inquiries to purchase a YCH from patrons during that period, any patrons on $10 or higher tiers will be my first choices - otherwise, my decision will be based on what characters I feel fit my vision for the YCH best at the end of Patreon listing period.

• After a YCH gets posted to the public, it'll be first come first serve.

• I'll post YCH listings both here on my actual Patreon page, and in a YCH channel on my Patreon Discord. (DM me if you're a patron but didn't get your Patreon tier role automatically applied!)

Sorry I'm such a yapper, I vastly appreciate getting so much support all this time despite failing to meet expectations, so I'm gonna keep trying to be as transparent as possible about what steps I'm taking to improve, and keep working my hardest to live up to all the generosity I've been given & make more good stuff!
