What's happening in August?

Just a quick update to keep you up to date with what we have planned for this month!

Shackles of Ellswyn

We've planned out a huge Witch arc story node that has 12 pieces of art planned from Execute Phase, and because it's such a big job it means that this will be a pretty close release to the end of the month.
We've also picked up a second artist, to do one or two pieces, who has a closer style to Cubze to add to this node, so that if the first half is running late there will still be an update this month. This new artist is (tentatively) going to be doing a few supplementary pieces for Shackles until (if things go well) they start on their own new game project.

Sleeve Shock

This month's Sleeve Shock update has 9 pieces of unique art coming in, 7 of which are completed. This one will release relatively soon, but the main thing we're battling with at the moment is getting the Steam release approved, as the knocked back the first build from going into Early Access (for games that are in development) because they weren't able to see all of the mature content that would be in the game (which would require it to be complete). No idea how to solve this paradox, but hoping that a bunch more content will give them context on what the game will be like.

Cufflinks & Cages

This is the game that was gently teased in a previous update.

It already has 6 illustrated scenes, 4 backgrounds, all expressions for both main characters, and the music completed. Writing won't start on this project until we figure out what's going on with the Steam release for Sleeve Shock. Having art in advance means that the release will be pretty fast, and will start out with a good chunk of content once it is ready.
