Your say on Sleeve Shocks direction
Added 2023-07-12 14:30:42 +0000 UTCTHM Studio's core design idea is trying to make our already fantastical games feel as immersive as possible, and that means trying to keep things as consistent across the board when it comes to storytelling. At the moment in the development of Sleeve Shock (which is still early, but there will be a exclusive sneak peek release this month for patrons) all of the content is centred around being POV (protagonist's point of view) as in visual novels often the character models are directed towards being facing the camera not facing each other for dialogue, the POV content can feel more natural, and like it is you talking to the characters. All of the narrated dialogue refers to you in the second person, as the idea was to keep things POV, however we understand that it's not catered to everyone, and we've discovered that some scene ideas are harder to show in this style, so here's our question:
Do you want Sleeve Shock to be fully POV to be as immersive as possible, or would you rather a mix of POV and third-person so that you can get the best angle on action scenes even if it breaks immersion?

Seeing more POV in general would be great.
