The one with the most votes will have an extra scene despite having finished the round with all of them. She will not be eligible for a new extra scene for the next version (0.33). She will only have to have her final.
The two least-voted girls will have an ending now (v0.32).
If any of them do not have an ending theme assigned, it will be up to me to determine how it will be.
In both cases, in case of a tie-in vote, I will also determine the tie-breaking criteria (I will flip a coin).
The poll lasts three days, which I will use to start designing the scenarios for the next game.
Don't think "uhhh, it's going to be boring". Wait for the release and then you'll see what I'm cooking.
