Using OpenIV install gameconfig to "mods>update>update.rpf"
Install Heap Adjuster in GTA 5 Game Directory
Install Packfile Limit Adjuster in GTA 5 Game Directory
Install Resource Adjuster in GTA 5 Game Directory
Run the oiv file to install Central Real Life Traffic Pack

followed install instructions and the game still crashes every few minutes and this (including mods in the instructions) is the only mod i have
