Gym outfit + Update on my first session!

Hiii 💕💕

I wanted to share my gym outfit with you, since that’s what usually gives me motivation to actually go 😂

AND I also wanted to share that I did my first session/workout from my coach/physiotherapist & OMG I was so tired afterwards 😂 it was kinda hard cause I never really worked out like that but it was super fun to explore the different exercises and to test my body! On the last picture you can see the summary of my workout ☺️ I managed to do all the exercises that my coach planned for me, although some of them had to be adjusted cause I couldn’t do the whole time (which was expected).

OH ALSOOOOO, I created a Fanhouse 🏠 It’s a similar platform to Patreon but I will be keeping it exclusively for photos! So basically the content that I post on the Patreon Basic tier (excluding ASMR content), will also be posted there! There will be a slight alteration here on Patreon but I will make a separate post 💕
