Fixed Discord link

I heard that some people can not join Discord (where I post updates)
due to a broken link.

This is a new link, sorry for the silence on Patreon, Discord is a lot faster to post texts and pictures, I want to use Patreon only for early access to builds and polls once the new build is out.
Normally Patreon should connect automatically to Discord and give you the right Role, if you per link maybe it will not work, feel free to send me a PM on Discord and we get it all set up.
About the next build, there is a lot of new stuff, and the release date is getting closer, some of that can be seen on Discord.
