Self-Improvement Daily Routine

Hello, my awesome Patrons!

If you stumbled upon my page I strongly believe it's not by chance. It's because the universe meant for you to listen to this information. This will be my first of many posts discussing self-improvement tips. And of course, there will always be images of sexy ladies accompanying these posts.

My reason for posting this information is that hopefully it will help you in some way, like it has helped me.

For this first post I want to share with you a morning routine that has helped me start my days with mental clarity and focus. I will give you an insight into what my routine looks like every day along with a brief description. I will create more posts later going into more detail about the benefits of each item.

1) Take a Cold Shower

A cold shower first thing in the morning will shock you awake and shake off any sleepyness you may be feeling still.

2) Meditate

Following a cold shower with a meditation session will allow you to calm your and sharpen your mind before jumping into your hectic day.

3) Manifestations

Many people suffer from low self-esteem. Look in a mirror and build yourself up every morning. Build up your confidence! Manifest a great day ahead, a good workout session, money in your life, a beautiful lady in your life, whatever you want!

"Ask and you shall receive"

4) Journal

Writing your thoughts down on a journal is like a mini-therapy session. Write down ideas, thoughts, the dreams you had the last night, vent, whatever comes to mind!

5) Healthy Breakfast

Make sure you're starting the day off correctly by supplying your body with the appropriate diet it needs. Feed your body the right nutrients to give you energy and strength throughout your day.

6) Take a Walk Outside

Take a walk outside and breathe some fresh air. Getting some morning sunlight helps boost your overall happiness. Walking helps your brain come up with ideas!

I know all of these seem like a lot of extra effort but it could help change your life for the better! Adding the items above to your daily routine can help boost your mental clarity and happiness in the long term. Try them out for 21 days and check in on yourself after 21 days. It take about 3 weeks to build a habit and see its benefits!
