[Character] Lucil Firalete Glitch (DERQ) (v1)

#v1.04 - front hair now have dynamic bones with no problem, wrist adjusted, chair now it's have a texture animated.

#v1.03 - Small fix do it (re download only character card)

#v1.02 - right foot become invisible now, small fix do it. (just download png again)

#v1.01 - removed useless files

the work is in a stable and functional version.

clothing work has now been improved with mods but still needs to be improved further.

# Logs

- body clothing: was all done in 2D texture. contains the original / partial glitch version (there is no way to animate the effects equal to the game) & custom version (can change the color).

- Mod: hair, hairband, chair, scepter, staff, boot (contains bug), necklace (not used), bracelets.all are integrated into the CC mod. (recolorable)

♦ chair contains animation of movement in the chain.

♦ hair contains partial animation, for some reason the animation was not possible to apply on the front part due to a bug. so this is in front of the statistic in case I manage to resolve this I will update.

♦ boot is accessory so wait for bugs, I still don't know how to implement 3d clothes.

- studio: chair, staff and scepter were added to studio as well. (weapon tab)
