Easy pig out for those guys like me who can’t handle gainer shakes.

4 packages of ramen noodles which is 216 grams of carbs (perfect for right before laying down), only use one seasoning packet to avoid ingesting too much salt, and then add 3-4 benecalorie packages to the ramen once you drain the broth. This will add an easy 1200 calories on top of the 1,500 from the ramen.

I’ve been doing this for a little over a week now and I’m seeing great results. Cheap, and as long as you don’t drink the broth you aren’t going too crazy on the salt.
