Legendary Water Balloon Redux

One of my fav speed paints I've done in recent years has been the old Lugia waterfall pic, so I thought a fun treat would be to do a new take on that pic! Had so much fun playing around with a different view for the scenario. Seeing the 2 of them together is blast also haha!
