Ooof. Definitely feeling the last few days of gorging weighing down on me as I’m trying to do some fall cleaning. I’m having to sit down to take breaks every 10 minutes because my back can’t handle the exertion and honestly, I think it’s a great way to incorporate snacking into the chores.
