to all my trans girls, my nonbinary cuties, my transmasc angels, and everyone existing between and beyond those words: you are literally the reason this space feels the way it does. like actually. the trust you give me, the vulnerability you show up with, the way you let yourself feel safe enough to explore and play and just exist here means the world to me and others.
i think about how many of you have told me that trance is one of the only places where dysphoria quiets down, where you can just be, where you get to feel exactly like yourself, or discover new parts of yourself, or just let go of having to perform anything at all for a little while. and oh my gosh that makes me want to cry in the best way because that's what this is all about. that's what you deserve!!!
you're not just welcome here, you're essential. this community is what it is because of you. your experiences, your perspectives, your beautiful complicated selves, that's what fosters community and connection and love. that's our superpower.
i see you. i'm so grateful for you. and i'm never gonna stop creating spaces where you can feel safe to be exactly as you are.
