New Comic Voting!

So, I've sorted out a few blurbs for the new comic that I'm super excited to show all of you ^^ I've written them up to be a bit vague deliberately so I have some wiggle room in terms of details (and so it's still surprising!). They range from super lewd, and a bit on the shorter side, to much longer form with some romance, and friendship-ness.
Also, if you've got any ideas of your own for a comic, feel free to comment them and if it's super popular I'll consider adding it to the list and do another round of voting ^^
Option 1 - “Ghostly Roommates” [Short-form, PWP, regression, implied “ghostification??”] (15-20 Pages)
[MC] purchases a large mansion for dirt cheap after struggling to make ends meet for years, on his first night there strange things begin to happen. Even so, being stuck with the place might not be so bad as he first thought, with an overly motherly ghost haunting the house maybe being babied won’t be so bad.
Option 2 - “Summer Job” [Country life, Long-form, Romance] (60+ Pages)
[MC] is invited to his Uncles farm for the summer to get away from his busy city life, and falls in love with ‘Country living’. His Uncle hired a horse handler to help out at the farm, and the two grow close until the farm hand discovers [MC]s “little” secret. Hi-jinks ensue as the two explore abdl, and the country side together.
Option 3 - “Univer-sary” [College, Comedy, Friendship] (30-50 Pages)
[MC] is heading off to college! Unfortunately, their grades weren’t as good as they could have been and they’ve only received one acceptance letter. To a Universary (must be misspelled?) they’ve not actually been to, but how bad could that be? Fortunately, they’re still able to pursue their legal degree.
