Character Development | Trooper |
Added 2021-02-28 14:01:01 +0000 UTCThis is one of my character development pieces. Those of you who have been with me for a while will recognize the Trooper from the original Run Billy Run series. This particular image was me playing with over the top proportions. Sometimes you just have to play to see what works. While working on it I though of him as cross between a terminator and one of those old big belly tough small town sheriffs from old movies.
Although I toned him back a bit for the Run Billy Run series, he still remained a monster. You can also see he is the base character for Vinny. Just think of this image and the Run Billy Run series as a marvel "What If" comic. The Vinny and Billy of "today" are the characters moving forward. This was a dark fun little jaunt into a alternate reality of sorts. Although.. seeing a version of him as a backwoods sheriff in a police uniform, power belly and cowboy boots... hmmmmm.

2021-02-28 21:25:40 +0000 UTCI think he would. Maybe pulling someone over on a shaded wooded back road. No one around. Maybe your tail light is out and he has to talk to you about the importance of car safety.
