Best Frenemies: The Deep Dive

For everyone else, that means we're now days from launch. I've pencilled in the middle of the week for the supporter release assuming no major issues arise. So as is tradition, today's post pulls together everything we know so far and goes a little deeper, taking a look at the new quest as a whole. If you're not interested in that, the time to stop reading is at the end of the next paragraph.

Best Frenemies is the biggest quest so far in terms of renders and scenes. There is a 30-50-minute scene (depending on your reading speed,) which is actually 6 smaller scenes back-to-back. When you come to play it, you'll see why I did it this way, but suffice to say that this is as big as quests are going to get. I'm never doing this again! I've worked flat out for 6 months. I don't want to keep you waiting that long again and I certainly don't want that kind of workload. The good news though is that during this time, I developed a new technique for clothing-alternate scenes that will make future such scenes much quicker to make.

But anyway, before I let you loose on this 1000+ render(!) quest, let's have a look at what you're going to find when it drops.

Now it's no real revelation to say that Missy and Jess don't get along going into this quest. In fact Jessica's antagonistic behaviour has been the subject of everything from random classroom events to an epic 3-chapter arc. Now, however, Miss Paris is at her wits end and employs extreme measures in the form of the long-trailed "couples counselling" that is first mentioned all the way back in 0.1 when Missy is punished after the skirt-stealing sports event.

Enter stage left: the school's yummy-mummy counsellor, Miss Helena Fafine, whom we met briefly in Avenging Angel, then again in the school assembly. This time, she's getting a much bigger role as she guides our girls through her own unique and special technique of dispute resolution. Naturally, this being Alancia's, the girls are in their underwear.

As the sessions progress, Missy and Jess will be subjected to ever more intense "counselling" techniques intended to bring them closer together. But is it working or is she just humiliating them a lot for no real gain?

Outside the school, the girls are given "homework" assignments they must also complete. Sparks start to fly and feelings long repressed begin to bubble to the surface. But an unexpected shared experience brings everything to a head, and will either make or break their relationship once and for all...

Best Frenemies has no less than 4 different endings (plus the 5th rejection ending for those of you that hate her that much,) and your reward for completing this massive quest is no less than the bratty little princess of the bad girls herself as your girlfriend/domme/sub/mistress. But that won't be the end! Like Abbie and Lola, Jess has more sex scenes coming in the future, and arcs for each version of the relationship you can start with her.
