Putting on your big girl pants

Hi everyone. Today's update is mostly news-focused, but there is a decent amount of news.

Firstly, a look at where we're up to in 0.8 - I'm now writing and coding the late stages of the quest. I've made 13 new maps for this quest, completing Fivaviana, or at least the part you'll be seeing in this story! A lot of work as also been done adding new stuff to find to the existing parts of the city and you'll find more new things to do.

Rendering on the scenes will be starting shortly, so preview season is almost upon us! For those of you that'd rather not know, there'll be nice big spoiler warnings before you see anything you don't want to.

Writing and coding is also underway on the other new stuff that'll be going into this update. With the focus about to shift back to the school after our little excursion to another city, expect lots of new content coming down the pipeline after this update.

I have plenty more to say about combat, but we'll save that for Wednesday when the results of this most intriguing of polls close.
