Cause and effect

Hello everyone, it's Friday, and I have some previews to show you!

Work on the mini-update proceeds smoothly, with many events now altered to account for the events of Avenging Angel - and a new scene for Bad Girl Missy!

It's pretty self-explanatory, if we look at the above image, we can see that you can now join the bullies picking on Mary. Poor girl. Who would do such a thing?  Well, at Alancia's, turns out, quite a few people.

In what may or may not be a related image, here's a first look at the new punishment plinth scene! Utilising both the new and improved school corridor map that we first saw rolled out in Avenging Angel, and ever-improving lighting techniques, our unlucky naughty girls don't so much stand out from the scene as jump.

I've also made some subtle alterations to the hands-on-head pose to make it a little more natural, as it was one of the first poses I made myself when I first started out and I've learned quite a bit since then.

The schoolgirls at Alancia's are always especially happy to laugh at bad girls on the plinth, as most of them have suffered their predations at one time or another. I've made several new character models to be background girls in the new content, with there always being the possibility that one or two may evolve into secondary characters.

Don't worry if you're not on the bad girl route. These scenes will appear in the gallery.

I also got inspired this week and wrote the tenth history lesson. This time around, the girls will be learning all about the ancient world's efforts to fight climate change. That may sound like a weird topic, but I came up with a great punchline then worked backwards from it, so hopefully it works.
