Announcing Side Quest: Queen of the Ring

Most of you seem to have now had a chance to play 0.3 and hopefully enjoyed the most ambitious adventure-style quest I've included so far.  Don't forget to let me know what you think here or on Discord!

So as we look ahead to 0.4, a reminder that back in September, I ran a poll asking the School Council what they wanted to see next.  The winner was a new side quest in which Missy must help Jessica to set up a wrestling club at school.

This will introduce a new segment to the school day - an after school slot.  It already sort-of exists, but right now, the only thing you can do with it is get punished.  That will still happen, and if you get caught in the wrong panties, you'll miss out on the opportunity to do anything else in the after school slot that day,  as you'll be too busy staring at the board in your birthday suit.  In time, I anticipate more after school activities (and punishments!) being added.

But first, you'll need to unlock the wrestling club.  To do that, you'll need to play this quest.  I have the structure of the story in place and the specifics about half worked out.  I've also started writing some scenes and creating some new character models, which I'll tease over the next couple of months.

I believe you will love this quest, as it marks the start of a number of updates with a solid focus on Jessica.  We're finally going to get to see inside her house, and build Missy's relationship with her.  After this update, I'll move straight onto Chapter 4, which is something I've been looking forward to doing since before I released 0.1!

But that's enough spoilers for today.  Just enjoy the lovely 1080p image above for now.  Doesn't Nissa look smart in her new Alancia's Uniform?  It's her first day in this quest.  Poor thing has no idea what she's in for.
