The post-0.3 release schedule
Added 2021-09-06 12:47:23 +0000 UTCHello everyone! As I've been working on 0.3, it's occurred to me that the current model of releases is not what I'd originally intended. So today, I want to canvass opinion on changing the model. After careful consideration, I decided to open this poll to all patrons, as it is not about what's actually going into the game and when, (which is the school council's prerogative.) However, the poll will be weighted, with Prefects votes counting as 2, and Council members votes counting as 3.
The question is, what release schedule would you like me to adopt after 0.3? The options are:
1. Keep things the way they are now.
Each release will take 2-3 months and will consist of at least one substantial quest and a number of smaller events, such as school day events, advancements to existing storylines, etc.
Pros: Bigger releases.
Cons: You have to wait longer for them.
2. Switch to a monthly release schedule
Releases will come out at around the same time each month. Every second or third release will be a "major" release with a new quest, while others in-between will be "minor" releases in which I simply upload whatever is ready at the time. This works out as a little more work for me to maintain, but the reward is hopefully higher rankings where the game is published and a faster growing community.
Pros: Faster release schedule.
Cons: Smaller releases.
It's important to note that the actual amount of content that is released will not change either way, just the rate at which you get it. As always, please PM me with any questions or catch me on Discord. Poll will run for one week.

Personnaly I believe smaller monthly release allow us to avoid, in a really big release with tons of new content to miss a new event or quest line, and to wonder if we saw all the new content
