Announcing Chapter Three: In Loco Parentis

Hello!  With the public release of 0.2 out of the way, it's time for us to start looking forward to the next update, which I've already begun work on!  The main meat of this update will be a substantial new quest, the third chapter of the main storyline, following on from the end of chapter 2 in which we retrieved Karen's package.

Chapter Three is named "In Loco Parentis" (Latin: in place of the parent.)  It begins with Missy being summoned to a new in-game location, Kusankhana Memorial Hospital.  Yep, time for that "intimate medical inspection" Missy complained about when you snuck into Karen's office!

Chapter Three will be the third and last of the initial "setup" chapters.  We discovered the school and met our classmates and teacher in Chapter One, learned a little about Karen's shady world and Sapphory's seedy underbelly in Chapter Two and now we'll deal with the secrets of Missy's past.  No doubt many of you have been wondering what this sweet teenage girl could possibly have done to deserve being placed with Karen, a perverted sadist who's about as maternal as a black mamba and has a similar temperament.

What else does this chapter have in store for us?  That will be revealed in due course, but as those of you active on Discord have already seen, I am also developing a system for wrestling matches, in which the goal will be to strip and dominate an opponent.  This is a work in progress for now, but will be developed further as we go, and will offer opportunities to make extra money too!  Eventually, we'll get the Great Arena and a school wrestling club!

Unfortunately, I don't have any renders to show you yet,  I'm currently at the map-making and character creation stage of development.  Already, many new sprites have had to be generated and several new locations put together as this chapter will take place largely in new settings that we haven't seen before.  So while hopefully not as big a job as the last update in terms of scripting, there is still a lot to do.

In other news, since the public rollout of 0.2, a number of new bugs have been discovered.  There will be a minor update, possibly as early as today, but if not, definitely by Wednesday dealing with them.  In the next few weeks, I will be announcing details of the new Beta testing program, which I hope will cut down on bugs in future releases.  Prefect and above level patrons will be invited to apply.  It would also be a big help for you to be on Discord as this is where the bulk of discussions are taking place, and this'll be true of beta testing as well.
