The effects of the hormone was shown as his testicles grew larger, producing enough sperms to feed the gestating worms, his large body required so much sustenace as he burned through 2 week-worth of ration in just a few days, his libido got even more unstable and maddening as he could not help touching himself or seeking carnal pleasure. The hormonal changes also allowed penis tissues, the corpus spongiosum and the corpus cavernosum, to spontaniously grow and reshape without causing much damage to local area. Some of the parasite’s tendrils invaded into these tissues, planted in them several sacs that grows over time inside his penis. Thus, by the time these sacs had fully grown, they turned his dick into a huge dangling pulsating meat with twice the thickness and twice the length compared to the former. When the parasitic organisms finished gestating in his testicles, they will move to the seminal vesicle to turn into viable eggs, wating to be flush out into the right environment to complete its purpose, so the sacs moved to block the ejaculatory duct and urenthra, limiting the ejaculation and loss of parasitc eggs, which explained his strange orgasm and incapability to ejecuale properly. The build-up inside his genital turned from discomfort to desperate urge for relief over time.
