按照大佬描写的背景设定，像这样系列的非法组织boss设定上应该属于那种极端种族主义，超人类至上那种，有能力但有野心和理智，不会控制不了自己以带来暴露的风险，有很强的领导力，善于蛊惑。（在日趋稳定的世界观下构建庞大“反人类组织”的超人类顶层人物，感觉应该如此）。然后正方机构应该是由人类、超人类双方理智派联手组建的，这样的设定？
