I know how you feel about the body image and not wanting to be shirtless or nude. I was in better shape before but then work started to get in the way of me trying to stay in shape. Now i feel weird about my body and avoid mirrors in my place and going out.

2022-03-10 12:49:01 +0000 UTCIf Instagram helped then maybe doing something similar with nudity would work for you? I also had issues with my body but going out naked in public places (like sauna) helped me so much that now I don't imagine going to textile beach for example.
