Printable Kano Costume Templates

The world can never have enough Kano in it so I attached ALL of my templates I created while building my costume. So now you too can be Kano :)

These actually should print out to scale to fit a 6 foot person. Some of the prints are in 11x17 so you may have to print them at a print store. On a lot of pages I included multiple attempts to save having to print them again.

You can tell this was a labor of love haha. I actually designed each piece in AutoCAD so that they would be easy to work with.

I built the costume armor from various thicknesses of craft foam including the eye. The raised parts are just more layers of craft foam. You can heat them to shape them but the hard part was figuring out shapes (especially those knee pads) but I have done that for you.

I did 3d print the chest piece circle. I included some circles in the drawings in case you want to attempt with foam. It is doable but I found that easier to do with a print. You can find the chest pieces on Etsy I believe if you do not have access to a 3d printer.

There is even a copy of his tattoo I made that will print out on printable tattoo paper.

And of course I am dropping plenty of reference pics here for you to see what the finished pieces look like.
