The narration over the scene with tannhaus in the bunker wasn't adam actually, it was tannhaus talking. They both got old man voices but they do sound different.

Because Charlotte being her own grandmother and Elisabeth probably named the baby after her mother. It's not a plot hole. As weird as the time paradoxes are, no way Noah could imagine this scenario
