Still Working For A Solution
Added 2021-02-20 16:47:16 +0000 UTCHello Friends. I am still in Kuwait, but sadly the issue of not being able to upload is still an issue. Many have offered helpful solutions. NONE of them have worked so far. I have recently reached out to the YouTube Community Forums. Hopefully this will get some creative solutions to the issue. Please comment or simply up vote. Thanks for such great support. We basically tried that first, then we tried authorizing an editor on the channel, to upload from that. Both failed... it’s an account flag issue, not a geographic one.

2021-02-21 01:08:16 +0000 UTCI had an idea that I'm not sure if you've tried. If you can get your wife to install TeamViewer on a computer at your home you should be able to remote into your home desktop from a TeamViewer session on another machine. Send the file over to that machine with Dropbox or something like it. Upload it from that PC so that it seems like the upload point is from your home.
