Today, I just wanted to pass by to remind you that no matter how scared or confused you may be feeling, I believe in you.
No matter how rejected and out of space you may be feeling, I believe in you.
No matter how anxious or depressed you may be feeling, I believe in you.
No matter how much of a failure you may be feeling, I believe in you.
No matter how random you may be feeling, I believe in you.
The way you see yourself isn't necessarily the reality. You are so much more than what self hate is telling you, trust me. We all go through spirales of confusion where we see our faults and flaws through a scary magnifying glass. Your thoughts are just thoughts. They'll pass, like the storm they are. And after the sunshine will be back. It always comes back.
I believe in you, but most importantly, I hope YOU believe in you.
