I hope this email is finding you joyful, lighthearted and relaxed.
I hope you find time to celebrate yourself sometimes. It's important. Life isn't just survival. It needs to be fun as often as possible, or it can feel very long and sad.
Why not letting your inner child take some of the decisions? Why not doing something unusual, weird, unexpected? There is no age limit for joy.
