I hope you're doing well.
Last time we've talked about my mental health but today it's your turn.
You don't have to respond directly to me, but I think it is always good to take time to check on ourselves.
How are you doing?
How are you sleeping?
How are you feeling when waking up?
How are you handling your social interactions?
How are you talking to yourself?
How are you approaching the professional aspect of your life?
Do you find sources of joy daily?
Do you journal often?
Do you have happy reachable goals that you work towards?
Do you get out of your comfort zone often?
Feel free to take time to write in a journal about some (or all) of these aspects of your life. Personally, I would have taken way longer to realize how bad I was doing if I didn't check on myself, so I highly encourage you to do so as well.
If the conclusion is that you're actually not doing as good as you would like to, please considerate taking an appointment with a mental health professional. They are here to guide you through all of this.
