I know I've already mentioned this on Monday, but I think it is an important point that deserves to be developed.
People will base the way they act with you on:
_ The way you treat yourself,
_ What you allow (your boundaries).
And the more you give yourself what you need, the less you need it from outside, which makes all your relationships healthier and more genuine. When you already take care of the love part, you invest your time in things and people that you actually appreciate, and not just that could potentially give you the love you think you need.
Also, finding out how you can have a healthy relationship with yourself will: first, make you feel safe in most places and situations, second, have positive consequences on all your relationships.
Treat yourself like your best friend because you are.
