I know this year has been a pretty exhausting one so far and it's easy to feel overwhelmed when it looks like we are in the middle of a weird game that never stops to get harder.
So it's important to set a timer on your phone, eat something you like, watch a movie that makes you feel good, laugh with friends, have a good night of sleep, finish this book that you didn't give enough attention to lately, take a walk, make a bouquet with wildflowers from your neighborhood, etc...
You can't keep going if you don't allow yourself to rest.
And yes, I am also saying all theses things to myself, because I definitely need to learn that it is okay to take breaks.
