How are you doing lately?
All your feelings are valide, necessary and precious. Even the complicated ones. They all exist to protect you and deserve to be taken seriously.
That doesn't mean they can't evolve, of course. Just that to go to a more positive vibe, we can't just hide them under the carpet, or they'll come back by the window!
You don't have to thrive, be over productive or take care of everybody around you. You are allowed to take a break and breath.
You are allowed to have for only goal to finish this embroidery you started 5years ago when you saw a tutorial on a Russian Youtube channel.
I think about y'all and really hope you are in a comfortable place during this lockdown.
