💥 SDXL Mega V1 (EDIT: V1 Depreciated, Use V1.5 Instead)

For those who want it done fast, clean, and frustration-free.

🖥️ Step 1: Download ComfyUI (Desktop Version)

🧰 Step 2: Load the Mega Workflow

Download the Mega Workflow (At the bottom of this post)

I recommend getting the tutorial version, then the without so you don't have to delete Noodletrons million nodes. 😅

Drag and drop into ComfyUI
Click Open Manager and install all missing custom nodes
If get and set nodes persist as missing do the following:
- Open the manager in the top right and click "Custom Nodes Manager"
- Search "kj" and install "ComfyUI-KJNodes"
- If this doesn't work (it should), drop a comment down below and I will get to it ASAP
If workflow is blank, press period on your numpad or just scroll through the void...

🚀 Step 3: Run the Auto Installer

Download the Auto Installer (Bottom of post👇)

Place it directly in your main ComfyUI folder
Double-click to launch it
Answer a few short questions
It will download everything you need: checkpoints, VAE, upscale models, ControlNets, ADetailer, SAM. All placed in the right folders

💡 Heads up:

When you run the installer, Windows Defender might show a red warning screen. This is totally normal for unsigned apps which is $100 a year or more. To avoid it you can:

Just click “More info” → “Run anyway.”
