One way you could tell it wasn't really Ainz was that he didn't have that red orb in his chest. This is also only a theory of mine, but I suspect Riku was the real name of a player (or their character's name) that Tsa was close to. The way he snapped at Ainz when he asked if he could call him Riku and the way he talks to himself at the end of episode 11 as if Riku was a person he knew.

Then healed or resurrected and do that for some weeks. I guess^^ Sounds good
