For instance, Hawk Eyes Mihawk that we met in the Baratie arc way at the beginning is still WAY stronger than Luffy as is.

2021-08-08 06:00:19 +0000 UTCI think the thing that makes One Pieces power scaling more engaging is not a single person i trying to blow up the planet, etc. Unlike in Dragonball. So pretty much in Dragonball if they introduce a villain that villain has to be introduced, encountered and defeated all at once. While in One Piece you can encounter a villain or character and have them be gods compared to Luffy and it's fine because they aren't gonna encounter that person again for like 500 chapters.

2021-08-07 19:03:52 +0000 UTCNot all of them...i mean...SPOILER: Bonny we don't know after her capture and atempt to rescu Kuma what happens, Capone, important in Whole cake and that's it, Urouge gets his ass beat by Craker, Hawkins, X Drake and Apoo are linked to Kaido as almost grunts, so Kid, Law and Luffy and their crew are the only one influencing the world right now...It's fun to know about them but in retrosprect, it's hit or miss..The Big 3 are where the meat is !
