Also like I said in the video, I take it as criticism and no hard feelings. I know you guys are not YouTubers yourselves so I don’t expect for you to know all the behind the scenes, So don’t worry I didn’t take any of that to heart. I will say that I probably should do a proper video about the series moving forward since I normally just talk about stuff like that in one of the reaction videos at the beginning but I forgot that not everyone watches every single series so they might not know what we’ve put on hold and what changes we’re making. I definitely need to start doing a separate video for that. Again I do appreciate the love and support 😊❤️

Let me just explain myself a bit more as you took a few of my comments out of context which is normal as I'm writing no talking so it was bound to happen. I was never complaining about the Bulk Tier that was someone else. I don't care how much I'm paying because I'm supporting you If I didn't want to pay I wouldn't. What I complained about was that either tier 1, 2 3, 4 whatever it is, we were just not getting enough because of the past upload schedules just like you said. I've been here for a while after all so over time the output of episodes felt like it decreased over time. I also brought Sour Taste up because you have done A LOT of content on Sour Taste yet we've been getting only a few MHA episodes and you've dropped countless shows without notice, I understand about chosing the majority and choosing 1 show but let us know on some quick short text update, the shows on top of my mind are Invincible, Horimiya, Ben10, FMAB, LOTM, Slime, Parasyte, Danmachi, Shangri La, etc even though you said you wouldn't for some of them I get Slime it got too slow and you told us but for example Parasyte was voted as yes we're interested here on patreon and shangri la frontier you said you would continue on patreon only, I remember the update video you did. You still haven't addressed these fully and this was the main reason I was annoyed because I was especially excited for most of them, some of us start the series with you after all. Also maybe I'm looking at it wrong but 1-2 episodes a day when you count total episodes done in a month is not that much, that was always my argument but I'll forget about that now. I stand corrected on the editing and thumbnails I admit, and regarding the sick I never said oh you get sick too much. I understand about the entertainment which is why I even said 30 minutes per episode as I'm not dumb enough to assume you click record, watch, stop, upload. I also never said full binge because that is also not realistic I just meant a higher output, and I meant I didn't care about your health as in I don't mind if you're sick or not, I won't complain and I will understand just like how you were sick at the start of the year and its totally understandable. I also accept blame in not even knowing about the amount of episodes per week. I signed up for the bulk tier right away after watching your youtube for a long time so I didn't even read the previous tiers, I read you get everything as soon as it's recorded and subbed right away because that is the reason why I was looking at your patreon. I assumed you were not recording because you were lazy or because you were putting too much effort to Sour Taste and not your main patreon. You don't know me and I don't know you but your reactions are the best and as far as caring online goes I do care about your health as in I don't want you to get sick but I don't care if you're sick (not in a malicious way) to the point that I will complain about upload schedules like some inhuman monster. That's what I meant by that. What I wrote was this: "Also I don't care if you get sick, everyone gets sick, you do updates about it so I don't complain about that time lost" I think you didn't read all of it haha. Hopefully you can see where I'm coming from now that you explained yourself and I explained myself more after watching your video. I admit I was wrong on certain things no shame in that but there's still a few things that maybe I'd like to know more about which are the canceled/paused shows as I'm sure most of the ones I mentioned didn't get an update on them. If you said it on stream I apologize I can't catch those due to work.

2025-09-24 10:09:16 +0000 UTCat the end of the day, the stuff we're getting on this patreon is a privilege, and I think we shouldn't take it for granted. just because neel gives us more content out of kindness doesn't necessarily mean we can start to demand it. maybe I'm biased because of how long I've been here, but every time something like this happens, I end up siding with you because you're often in the right. and, in my personal opinion, I think the 25$ is more than worth it. I hope you and your family are doing well by the way, and just know that many of us are indeed happy with the things you already give. (though ngl I'm still waiting for a good time to bother you about vivy again LMAO)

2025-09-24 09:40:10 +0000 UTCAddmitedly, I was one of those who vented out frustration in safe house channel. Not taking that back, I do feel I've made some valid points there at the time. That frustration came from few months of scarce uploads, of the shows that I found little to no interest in on top of that, followed by focus on MHA and uploading it on YT. It really did felt like you were sidelining Patreon for the channel at the time, considering how popular of a series it is. ...plus there is that damn pending 50$ request, for which I sitll get no response from you adding to my frustration xD I knew that you had your share of problems, health and so on, so I was not complaining much for long time - having now information about your parents situation does give a lot of insight as to why uploads were scarce. Wished I knew sooner. That being said, I do think lack of communication was a bit problematic. Especially with that 2 episodes of FMAB, followed by flood of MHA xDD I know you said you've focused on speeding through MHA, but must say, it was not appealing for someone who was not interested in any show you watched in past months AND was not interested in MHA xD Another thing is what you said about dropping some series - though it this case it's jsut my speculation. I do understand droppings, even if it does frustrate me a bit sometimes, as some series does not catch attention on larger scale, but I feel it can be problematic in the long run. As you said, you drop some series which don't work - irritating 10 people to keep 100 others entertained. The problem is, now you potentially have 10 people less and the situation may repeate, resulting in another 10 people leaving for other series dropped. Especially with YT, at some point it may be problem, as people will become discouraged to watch you cauce 'you drop a lot of series', which they may like to watch. But that may jsut be my rambling and overthinking xD Finally, one bit of worry from me. Currently you're speeding through MHA, getting a lot of people for their fandom. Don't know how things are currently, as I didn't paid much attention to the series nowdays, but there was a point when thair community was problematic... the Narutard level of problematic. So be careful. I've been here since Black Clover reactions, so around 5 years if not more, and I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon. Was good to finally have some longer video on your situation. 2025-09-24 08:17:12 +0000 UTCI normally don’t comment on posts and just enjoy the content, but I just wanted to make a comment to this vid as someone that has been supporting on the $25 tier but has switched to the $5 for this month, and maybe next month to save some money. (I do plan on going back to that tier in the future) Personally, I feel like the content output has been perfectly fine. Admittedly, the push for MHA to speed run it did come off as a disappointment as FMA started and went on pause right after episode 2. However, you did say it’s coming back, so it’s all good and I’m hyped for that! ^^ That being said, putting it all on one show is great to get it done, but maybe for future show reactions, maybe do two shows to speed run rather than just one? While MHA is a super popular show that a lot of people want to see reactions of, I can see it giving a bad taste to those that aren’t into the show or are looking forward to a different show reaction from you? 🤔 Like you said, you can’t do the output that you used to, but life happens and your parents’ current health is extremely important and take priority. Thinking about it, It’s actually pretty crazy that the output is consistent after knowing this now. Anyway, thanks for the update and I’m wishing good health your family! ^^

2025-09-24 07:47:20 +0000 UTCI agree with basically all of your points (as I am sure I am not the entended Person/Group of people you are justifying yourself for). However I do want to point out some sort of criticism. Whenever you talk about your scedule, you always do it in videos like this or right before an ongoing reaction. There are 2 Problems with that: 1) I only watch about half of the animes you react to (because of my interest), so if you are talking about the Scedule of an Anime that I'm interested in you might do that in a video that I don't even watch. 2) If it's info videos like these they are kind of too long (you will see what I mean). So what is missing here on Patreon to avoid all of the misconceptions would be a scedule page. One for each Tier. Similar to a calender where I can see: On monday those anime reaction(s) are dropping. Thursday its whatever and so on. Then for shows you aren't reacting to right now allthough there are still seasons left: Make some sort of info field with an explanation (Like: This show will be continued once the reaction of that one Anime is finished or smth). And then you can pin this scedule on top of your patreon (I'm not familiar with Patreon, but I'm sure this should be possible) Heck you don't even have to go into detail that much, but anything in that direction would be appreciated.

I’ve been supporting for awhile and love the reactions but I waited like 1-2 weeks for a new episode to come out then getting told that you dropped it. It’s not your fault but an update post on Patreon for shows you dropped would be helpful. Other than that I haven’t had a problem. People weird

2025-09-24 07:38:50 +0000 UTCThis video might come across as passive aggressive to some, but it’s good for everyone to understand the full production process is more complex than it seems on the surface and it’s very easy to underestimate how long each step of the process actually takes. Especially when trying to balance multiple series, channels, and maintain a proper work-life balance. I wouldn’t stress too much over anything you went over, most people understand life happens and it only becomes an issue when the inability to upload becomes more consistent overall than uploads that do happen. If it ever got to that point then it’s up to each person whether they stay subscribed because they want to keep supporting or if they cancel the subscription. No fault on your end as that’s just a part of life.
