I don't know what you are talking about, it's not as expensive as you say to watch it. 15$ is like Tier 3 and you only need tier 1. And Neel does pay for Crunchyroll and Disney+ but he watches it on a third party website for better quality ironically. But maybe you already know by know, your comment is 4 months old after all
