The age check with Sebas is an inside joke because Yggdrasil ran only 12 years and Ainz Ooal Gown only gained Nazarick as their base sometime during that run time so if you want technically all NPCs are under 12 years old chronologically. His setting has him set as an old man just like Aura and Mare are set as 76 y.o. Dark Elf children. As for Albedo, the LN spells it out clearly, in the anime you would have to really analize it and not forget anything from S1 to now to get it what is shown. We see that in her room the guild flag of Ainz Ooal Gown is just carelessly lying on the ground but then it pans to behind Albedo and you can see the flag representing Momonga, his characters real name, and the name he wrote into Albedo's character settings as "She is in love with Momonga", hanging there instead of the guild flag. It's actually a good example of show not tell but it is also done in a way that is easily confusing as we only see Momonga's personal flag for like a few seconds in S1.
