The God/Divine class item Ainz is talking about is the Spuit Lance in Shalltear's hand, so he is wondering about Shalltear having been in a situation where she decided she needed to pull that out. Yeah Pandora's actor is played by Miyano Mamouru, who also plays Shuu Tsukiyama from Tokyo Ghoul and Benimaru from Fire Force or Light Yagami from Death Note or Gilthunder from SDS or Douma from Demon Slayer.
